At AeroStay we respect your privacy and comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

1. What data we process
- Contact details you give us: name, email, phone number, agency name.
- Property information and the photographs or listing links you supply for the service.
- Communications (WhatsApp messages, emails) and, where applicable, billing data.
- Browsing data from aerostay.io (see the cookies section).
2. Why we process it, and on what legal basis

3. How long we keep it
We keep your data for the duration of our relationship and afterwards for the periods required by law (for example, tax obligations). Property photographs are kept for as long as needed for production and any portfolio use, unless you ask us to delete them.
4. Who receives your data
We do not sell or share your data with third parties except where legally required. We use technology providers (video generation tools, hosting, email and messaging) acting as data processors under GDPR safeguards. Some providers may be located outside the EEA; in those cases appropriate safeguards apply, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
5. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to hello@aerostay.io.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or your local supervisory authority.
6. Use of your videos in our portfolio
We may show videos we produce in our portfolio and promotional materials. If you do not want a video of your property used this way, tell us in writing and we will exclude it.
7. Cookies
aerostay.io uses only technically necessary resources to display the site. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The site loads web fonts and animation libraries from third-party content delivery networks (Google Fonts and jsDelivr), which may process your IP address in order to serve those files.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
9. Note on AI-generated content
Our videos are produced using AI scene reconstruction from the photographs you supply. Those photographs are processed by our technology providers solely to produce your video.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The version in force will always be published here with its date.
